1. CHECK- IN TIME IS AFTER 3PM.CST AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 PM. CST.
2. Smoking is permitted.
3. Pets are welcome.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT – A damage/reservation deposit of Euro 500 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent ; however, it is fully refundable, provided the following provisions are met.
- No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- All keys are left with the appropriate person.
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
- No linens are lost or stolen.
- The renter is no evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) the local law enforcement.
6. PAYMENT: An advanced payment equal to 50% of the total rate is required upon confirmation of reservation. Please make payments in the form of wire transfer. The balance of Payment is due one month before your arrival.
7. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation prior to arrival date, we keep the 50% deposit. Unless we can Re- Let the time slot.
8. INCLUSIVE FEES: RATES include a general cleaning, towels and linen change, gas, electric and other utilities.
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of sleeping guests
Is 24 persons. A charge of Euro 35.00 per person per night for guests in addition to this will be assessed.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate.
11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check- in.
12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
